La La La Gershwin

A multimedia and dance performance from the National Theater of Chaillot, France.

José Montalvo and Dominique Hervieu pay tribute to the American composer George Gerswhin. They draw on the rich mixture of Gershwin’s musical inspirations while structuring an aesthetic,historical, political and poetic vision as they wander from Broadway to Hollywood.

They recreate the positive utopia promoted by George Gershwin: only the openness to others and to their differences can shape a smart, generous perception of life.
