Chithra Jerayam is an emerging documentary filmmaker. Deeply affected by a water-sharing dispute between two southern states in India, she quit a decade-long career as a physical therapist and is pursuing an MFA in film production at the University of Texas, Austin. This 10 minute short film is part of the International Competition.
