Any delegates who already have some knowledge of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001, and are likely to carry out audits (internal audits, supplier audits or certification audits) as an auditor or a lead auditor and want to have their skills qualified to ask for registration with IRCA should attend this event. Some of the course objectives include learning how to:

●Describe the purpose of a Quality Management System and explain the 8 principles of Quality Management.
●Interpret requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an audit.
● Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors.

And much more. Attend this workshop as a means to get valuable experience on Lead Auditor training. This 5 day training course is followed by an examination by IRCA (UK). Successful candidates will be awarded with a certificate of successful completion.
