On this heart-attack kind of a day, we are in the heart of the attack. In the midst of horrific sights of people disfigured, disoriented and distressed, Youmna, an American Muslim woman, wakes up in an EMS car. Today, it is 9:45am September 11th 2011. What happened to the world?
