Love at First Site: The Arab Digital Book at Ashkal Alwan

Ashkal Alwan is holding a three-day program of seminars and workshops with IMNS (International Media Network Services for Human Rights). The program explores the present situation and future possibilities in digital publishing, with a focus on Beirut and the Arab region, and will take place at Home Workspace.

The program will feature presentations by a wide variety of speakers, including writers, artists, cultural managers, publishers, booksellers, graphic designers, web developers and librarians.

Participants include: Marwa Arsanios (98weeks), Mohamed Al Attar, Houeida Charara (LAU Library), Rania Stephan (Librairie Stephane), Maud Stephan, Fadi Tufayli (as moderator), and representatives from Penguin Cube including Mia Azar and Josette Khalil.
