Isha Yoga for Children at AUB

Join the American University of Beirut with your children as it hosts an Isha Yoga program for kids. The program paves the way for the child to grow into a healthy, sensible and vibrant human being in an atmosphere of playfulness, joy and arts.

The children will be introduced to simple yoga practices, including Kriyas and Asanas. Isha Yoga to children is a celebration of every child’s innate gifts, especially their sense of wonder and oneness with life.

Combining yoga with fun and games that encourage sharing and cooperation, the outcome of this process is a naturally confident, loving and joyous state that can become the foundation for a more successful life.

The program is taking place at the Charles Hostler Student Centre.
