‘Kika’ Film Screening at Metropolis Cinema

The film, Kika, by Pedro Almodóvar will be screened as part of the Haines et Passions Film Festival at Metropolis Cinema.

Synopsis:
Kika is a Madrid makeup artist who falls in love with Ramon, a dead man whose face Kika is hired to prepare for a funeral. It later turns out, though, that Ramon isn’t dead – just catatonic. Kika’s attraction resurrects Ramon, and the two begin living together. Soon, Kika becomes embroiled in a pair of criminal schemes.
