MEGAplay presents: Game Ideation Workshop – Wixel Studios and Spica Twins

The IDEAL Business competition is an initiative funded by TEMPUS and the EU that aims at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship on 6 pilot campuses in Lebanon (AUB, LAU, USJ, BAU, UOB, MUBS). We encourage students, researchers, and faculty-members from different departments to apply keeping in mind that the idea should be scalable, profitable, feasible, and innovative.

The purpose of an ideation session is to engage the attendees in a creative process that allows them to generate, filter, and communicate startup ideas, specifically related to gaming and to help them in the process of applying to the IDEAL Business Competition.

Session Overview:
– Ice Breakers / Communication exercises
– Quick overview of technology trends
– Brainstorming around local needs and possible market opportunities
– Refining and developing one (or a few) possible business concepts
– Information about the IDEAL Business Competition and how to apply

This workshop will be conducted by gaming Guru Ziad Feghali from Wixel Studios and Spica Twins.
