Makan presents a sumptuous three course Moroccan dinner.
Travel with Makan through the winding souks of north Africa’s gastronomical capital.
After a starter of eggplant zaalouk, we present a main dish of mixed brochettes, spiced with the Marrakesh flavours of cumin and saffron, and a vegetarian chickpea tagine served with saffron rice and iconic Moroccan dried fruit. Dessert is a dreamy misk crepe, served with Morocco Garden tea (on request).

Moroccan tomato salad with green pepper, black olives and fresh mint

Moroccan mixed barbecue of chicken and kafta skewers with cumin, saffron and spiced with chermoula sauce
