Free your calendar and clear your palate for a feast of Ethiopian cuisine, at Makan from Monday to Wednesday.
Celebrate Ethiopian flavors at Makan this week. A multitude of main dishes, served with Ethiopian injera sourdough flatbread, are flavored with the traditional Ethiopian spice mix Berbere. A crucial ingredient to many Ethiopian dishes, Berbere is a pungent mix of chili, cumin, garlic, coriander, ginger, basil, and many other locally grown herbs and spices. Ethiopian is one of the most particular and unique African cuisines.
