What started out as a pop-up stand at the popular food market Souk el Akel back in 2016 has evolved to the brand establishing their first formal outlet at Centro Mall in Jnah, where they continue to serve up delicious waffles and more.
In July 2016, Mama’s Waffle, known for their freshly made fluffy waffles introduced the Bubble Waffle to the Lebanese market, and boy were we pleased!
The bubble waffle, or the egg puff waffle, originated in Hong Kong. Made with a special waffle maker, these creations are fluffy, textured, and a whole lot of fun to eat!
It’s basically the prettiest waffle you’ll ever lay eyes on, and it’s extremely customizable!
Our favorite combo has got to be the unbeatable cookies n cream. A slather of creamy Nutella on the hot waffle, crumbles of Oreo, some crushed cookies, all rolled up into a cone of goodness.
In close second is the giant bubble waffle cone loaded up with ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped cream.
