Biden Says “Inshallah” While Debating Trump
During the tense presidential debate that took place earlier today in the United States between candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump, Biden dropped a little Arabic shoutout.
While discussing his $750 in federal income tax, Trump vowed that the public will be able to see his tax returns to which Biden responded, “when? Inshallah?” Inshallah means “if God permits” but is typically used to signify something that is never going to happen.
So, he’s a touch off but his heart is in the right place. Watch the clip here:
