It’s Been A Long Week, You Deserve A Knefeh Burger

If you’re one for food mashups, then you’re going to want to try this knefeh burger. Arguably one of the best pick-me-up after such a long week.

This Is Chocolate, a go-to chocolate shop and café in Jal El Dib, recently flipped the script for burger and knefeh lovers in Lebanon. They dropped the Bun-Believable Burger to combine two of our favorite cravings into one.

This dessert burger features a Lebanese knefeh patty sandwiched inside a soft chocolate bun. It’s layered with molten Belgian chocolate, pistachio spread, and osmaliyeh flakes for that extra crunch.

And because no sweet burger is complete without a side, it comes with crispy chips (that look like fries) and a scoop of vanilla soft serve.

This is a great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth, especially if you’re big on extra sugary breakfasts. Their menu features crepes, pancakes, waffles, and other indulgent treats topped with generous drizzles of chocolate, fresh fruit, and more.

Another standout is their fettucini dome, a dramatic dessert where a chocolate shell hides a fettuccine-style crepe topped with fresh mango, kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries.
