After bringing Swan Lake to Lebanese audiences last year, the Moscow Ballet La Classique is returning to Lebanon for another spectacular performance. The renowned ballet company will take the stage at Casino du Liban on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 8 PM. This time, audiences can once again experience Tchaikovsky’s timeless Swan Lake.
Swan Lake tells the story of Prince Siegfried and Odette, a princess cursed to live as a swan by day and a woman by night.
After falling in love with Odette, Siegfried promises to break the curse through true love. However, the evil sorcerer Rothbart tricks him into declaring his love for his daughter, Odile, who is disguised as Odette.
The story combines romance, drama, elaborate costumes, and some of ballet’s most recognizable choreography, making it a classic for both longtime ballet fans and first-time audiences.
