Sfiha is universally loved as one of the most delicious local bites you could ever get your hands on in Lebanon. Not a single burger joint, Italian place, or sushi spot could ever compare to those meat pies, and now that we’ve got that out of the way, we have a bone to pick with Lakkis Farm.
To celebrate hitting 100,000 followers on Instagram, Lakkis Farm celebrated with a giant sfiha baalbakiye, and it’s probably the biggest sfiha ever made. We’re not sure how many people this could feed, but if I’m hungry enough, I’m almost certain I could eat that all by myself.
Unfortunately, this is not going to be a new item on their menu. We’re really happy for them for hitting 100,000 followers, but can you add it to the menu?
I’d love to start a petition to make the giant sfiha a thing. Make it a sfiha cake that you can order upon request.
What makes Lakkis Farm such a local favorite is everything starts at the farm. They raise their own livestock, grow crops in the Bekaa, and produce the meats and dairy that they serve you. This hands-on approach means they can focus on quality at every stage to make sure every bite tastes like home.
We can’t talk about Lakkis Farm without mentioning their famous sfiha. It’s one of the dishes they’re most known for.
If grills, kafta, and raw kibbeh are more your thing, you can definitely stop by for a typical Lebanese lunch. Don’t forget to pick up some of their homemade pantry staples! Lakkis Farm is located in several areas across Lebanon, including Baalbek, Zahle, Chtaura, Beirut, Jal El Dib, Batroun, and Tripoli.
