After graduating from AUB with a major in Nutrition and a minor in English Literature, Maysaa tried out a bunch of different things, from acting to business, and finally settled on pursuing her passion as a writer.

She wrote for several magazines and online directories, like Timeout Beirut, Lebanon Traveler, Hospitality News and other sites. She is currently a contributor at Beirut.com and an intern for the Daily Star newspaper. She also writes short stories and studies theater in her free time.
