Meditation for beginners is a series of meditative classes divided over a course of five weeks, one class per week. It introduces the meditators to the means of getting in touch with themselves through breath and mental concentration.
The first four weeks are an introduction to different ways of meditation that can be used under different circumstances in our daily lives in order to achieve instant relaxation and mental control in moments of hardships. The fifth week would be a personal planting to the fruit of our aim in life, a Sankalpa class.
By the end of this cycle, the meditators would have achieved a good core for meditation, and a subtle understanding of their true selves.
