Management Mix is hosting a training session about the best practices in interviewing skills. The topics covered in this workshop include: making recruitment interviews productive and focused; understating the stages of the Interviewing Process; identifying competencies and qualifications including knowledge, skills and abilities; conducting an effective interview; evaluating and assessing the interviews; selecting the best candidate.
Participants are expected to share their experiences by active participation through all parts of this training program. Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops and real cases. A manual will be supplied which will support development of the course by helping participants to structure the main acquired competencies.
