Offering three sizes of patty (4, 6, and 8 oz.), an array of optional toppings, and a bun that can pass for a cherub’s soft curls, BRGR Co.’s menu will satisfy any burger fanatic. Unlike other burger joints, BRGR Co. allows customers to choose how they like their meat (I chose medium rare, and was not disappointed). A little pricey, perhaps, but worth every deliciously greasy cent.
