New guest Chef Alia presents a Saturday brunch from her native Egypt. Alia trained with Jamie Oliver and at Cordon Bleu London – she knows a thing or two about a good, fresh menu.
This Saturday, join Makan for some delicious treats from her kitchen. From fresh fig salad, to feta and chilli stuffed dates, with shakshouka and kofta – and salted caramel watermelon dessert.
