Designing and Developing a Salary Scale Training at Management Mix

Management Mix is hosting a training session on designing and developing a salary scale. The topics covered through this workshop are: editing Salary Scale policies and procedures, depicting the main objectives of a salary policy, learning how to categorize employees in terms of salary ranges, learning the basic elements required in a salary plan, developing different tools used in a salary system.

Participants are expected to share their experiences and ideas by active participation throughout all parts of this training program. Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops and real cases.

A salary scale for a virtual company will be developed and evaluated during the workshop. Every participant will develop its own salary scale under the tutorship of the expert . A manual will be supplied which will support development of the course by helping participants to structure the main acquired competencies.
