The IFL, in partnership with Skeyes Center, presents the newest conference in their series of “Rendez-vous médias de l’Institut français du Liban” entitled “Entertainment and Political Programs: A Troubled Marriage?” The lecture will be co-moderated by guest of honor, French journalist Audrey Pulvar, one of the key representatives of the public sector in France.
Can one be a political representative and public sector journalist at the same time? What’s the relation between the media and the government in France today? How do you hold a successful political interview? How do you broach the topic of politics in entertainment programs?
In an attempt to answer these questions, Gisèle Khoury, chairman of the Samir Kassir Foundation, will moderate the conference as well as the debate with a number of local, French, and foreign journalists.
The meeting will also allow Audrey Pulvar to share her trade’s secrets.
