Start with vegetable and pesto soup and guacamole toast, then a delicious green quinoa salad. The Persian chicken with green pistachio and mint will give you a taste of the orient, and the fresh artisanal ice cream with After-Eight mint chocolate will refresh you for the dark night ahead.

Barbara brings long expertise as a cook book writer, photographer and restaurant consultant. Her soup is guaranteed to please – with her experience testing all the Soup for Syria recipes, she is an absolute expert.
