Horeca, the annual meeting place for the hospitality and food industries, is back for its 20th edition. The regional trade show that will take place at BIEL and expects to provide close to 15,000 square meters of product offerings, in addition to inspirational culinary, business and innovation activities.
The show will include wine and beverage lab daily workshops and wine tasting sessions by leading experts; Floral Symphonies florists showcasing their works of art using flowers; Librairie Gourmande’s latest book releases and an array of culinary references will be displayed and launched; the Annual Hospitality Forum Hospitality where foodservice leaders will gather for a series of conferences and workshops to discuss hot topics; and much more.
Horeca will host more than 385 exhibitors from Lebanon of course but also from Australia, France, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Oman, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Spain and Sri-Lanka.
30 local and international chefs and experts will preside and participate at the hospitality and foodservice annual meeting place, with more than 13 daily workshops and more than 10 competitions rewarding excellence innovation and creativity
