“I Drank The Sea and My Fire’s Still Burning” is an a co-production of Kahraba and Takween.
It explores different relations to the object body to give birth to the movement. It is about what it is to sink voluntarily, not to drown while waiting to cross deep water and relieve yourself of fears, lack, and pain caused by grief that makes it difficult to accomplish anything.
