The Monnot Theatre is hosting a theater performance called “I Have a Goldfish” written, directed and performed by Elie Youssef and Yara Bou Nassar.
Synopsis: A man and a woman reunite years after their first encounter. They share their stories of immigration and their quest to find a sense of belonging that could hopefully help determine their identity. To what extent can the human mind filter and remodel memories, thus creating another “reality” to escape to, after continuous failure in integrating his individual identity in a collective one?
