Join us this Monday to Wednesday for special Japanese dinners featuring a set menu of traditional Japanese Washoku cuisine.

Washoku (the traditional Japanese kitchen) is a cuisine based on rice with miso soup and seafood as well as noodles such as udon and other dishes.

Menu:
– Traditional Japanese miso soup
Dashi Japanese broth and miso poured over fresh mushrooms and Wakame seaweed
– Ebi on rice
Shrimp sashimi on sushi rice ball served with shredded fresh vegetables, salted warm edamame and soy sauce on the side
– Spicy Fish Cakes
Grilled wild fish cakes served with red cabbage salad, and mint tartar sauce
– Oyako Udon
Sauteed udon noodles topped with chicken fillet strips glazed with homemade teriyaki sauce, soft boiled egg, and fresh vegetables
– Cardamom milk pudding garnished with pistachio and dried ginger
