Celebrates New Year’s Eve in style at Loge with a roster of musical performances featuring Zeina Fares (soft music), a Brazilian dancer show, DJ Ziad, Hanine (violinist), Fady sayegh, and Maysam Nahhas! An enormous countdown will also be taking place.

An extensive menu with luxury hors d’oeuvres, Beluga caviar, marinated Salmon, boiled shrimps with guacamole, and bresaola with ricotta and bazilic and other tasty delicacies will be offered to all guests.

– Foie gras terrine 80 gr foie gras ,rose juice jelly with fresh figs marmalade.

– Gambas salad marinated jambo shrimps with mixed lettuce and san dried apricots, xeres vinaigrette sauce.

– Main course:
* Wagyu filet 250gr with cepes sauce and a bouquet of fresh asparagus and goose fat crispy sauteed potatoes.

* Grilled seabass 180 gr with lemon dill sauce and spinach potatoes puree

– Dessert
Raspberry crepes with vanilla ice cream
