Mercy Screening at Metropolis Cinema

Metropolis Cinema will be screening the movie “Mercy” by Matthias Glasner, as part of the 19th European Film Festival.

Synopsis: A family of German expatriates hopes for a new beginning at the edge of the Arctic Sea. But after they arrive, Niels and Maria sense that this surrounding will not be able to save their withering relationship. One night, a terrible accident occurs that changes everything. Miraculously, the tragedy becomes a turning point: the secret they share forces them to confront their lives and leads them on the path towards mercy.
