Motto’s Moroccan chef Hanane is cooking up a rich menu this week, to get you through the summer heat.
It’s a tour de force of Morocco’s favorite flavors: beef tagine with prunes, special Sefa couscous, harissa and fig and date cake with caramel sauce.
The Menu:

– Moroccan carrot salad with spices and harissa
– Beef tagine with prune and sesame with Sefa couscous (crushed almond sultana raisin, cinnamon and sugar)
