One Hundred Nails Screening at Metropolis Cinema

As part of the Contemporary Italian Cinema Festival, Metropolis Cinema is hosting a screening of the movie “One Hundred Nails” by Ermanno Olmi.

Synopsis: A young and eminent professor at the University of Bologna finds himself at the center of a difficult investigation. He turns his back on everything and ends up on the peaceful banks of the River Po, where he takes possession of an old building.

A friendship shapes up between the professor and the inhabitants who live around his new home.
