Park(ing) Day in Hamra

Landscape design students from AUB are launching an event called “Park(ing) Day,” where parking spots on the street are transformed into green spaces.

This is a worldwide event that takes place once a year, and this year, they are bringing it to Beirut. Two parking spots in front of Cafe Hamra will be transformed into green spaces for three hours.
