Poetry Recital Performance By Violeta Medina

Chilean poet, Violeta Medina Méndez, born in Coquimbo (Chile) in 1968, will be treating Beirut to one of her infamous performances.

Méndez, has lived in Madrid, Spain since 1993 and though her career is in journalism, poetry is her true passion. In her recitals she mixes up audiovisual elements with several scenic proposals that could integrate plastic arts, music and videos and others. Each work of Méndez, is different from the previous one in her search for experimenting with images, sound and the physic places.
