Reaching New Boundaries – An Art Therapy Workshop at Zico House

Zico House is hosting a four-day creative art therapy workshop guided by artist, art therapist, art educator and clinical psychologist Anita Toutikian. Participants will be encouraged to experiment with different mediums like collage, drawing, coloring, easy-painting and writing to discover and materialize their inner boundaries.

Then, they will start to restructure them with the help of art therapy techniques like observing, listening, asking, interpreting, rethinking, exchanging, sharing, etc., in a safe, fun, comfortable and friendly environment.

Drawing and painting skills are not necessary to create expressive artworks; art is created by the force of inner impulses rather than by learned techniques.

Participation fee: $120 for four sessions including art materials and coffee breaks.
