Ride to Remember: A Bike Rally in Commemoration of the 97th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

Organized by:
HU student life office in collaboration with Cadmus Project.

Objective of the event:
. Launch an Armenian genocide commemoration yearly event through bike rally in the streets of Beirut;
. Spread awareness about the significance of the day among the Lebanese people;
. Urge large scale and effective recognition of the genocide;
. Make the general public (non-Armenian bikers as well) participate in commemorating the Day.

Rally procedure and attributes:
1.Briefing, press release and start: Haigazian University – Kantari – Beirut.
2.Things to be provided: bikes – helmets (for under 18 participants) – event t-shirts, insurance, refreshments, snack.
3.Bike tour: (Kantary – Hamra – Commodore – Emile Edde Str. – Sanayeh – Spears – back to Haigazian)
