Ritta Sports

Ritta has had a rich and varied past in the fitness industry, from organizing in the Doha Asian Games in Qatar to hiking, climbing and running all over Lebanon.

Since 1993, Ritta has participated and excelled in a variety of sports, from being the Lebanese Taekwon Do champion and representing self-defense instructors in the middle east in news stations such as CNN, to succeeding in many races throughout the Middle East.

Ritta is proof of her own methods and training. A variety of activities are pursued, not just gym sessions. Ritta believes in a fitness regime that is stimulating and fun as it is rewarding.

Ritta recently starred in the reality TV show ‘Ton of Cash’, a popular show in the Middle East, where her team was literally given a ton of cash and had to transport it by hand through a variety of obstacle courses and intense challenges.

Ritta’s Medals and Achievements:

In 2004, Ritta was a Gold Medalist at the Kolossi Half Marathon in Cyprus and a Bronze medalist at the Road Runner’s Association (RRA) 10K in Beirut- Lebanon.

In 2006, Ritta was a silver medalist at the RRA Beirut Half Marathon.

From 1990 to 1996 Ritta was a member of the Lebanese National Taekwon Do Team where she became a Gold Medalist in the Women Lebanese Championships from 1993 to 1995.

In 1993, Ritta was interviewed for ‘ CNN World Report ‘ as being the first female Self-Defense Instructor for men in the Middle East.

When Ritta got her B/A in Business Computer, she knew she was not a person to work from behind a desk all day. She left to France straight after her graduation to study Artistic Make up. For many years Ritta excelled as a Professional Make Up Artist working in Advertising agencies & TV stations while doing the Personal Fitness Training on the side, until she decided to put everything behind and follow her number one passion : Fitness Training.
