Segundo Bloco Live at Radio Beirut

Join Radio Beirut as it hosts another live performance by Segundo Bloco, a group of percussionists (also known as a Bateria) and dancers that play Batucada-traditional samba music played at Brazil’s parades and carnivals.

The group was created by the students of ‘Filhos de Bimba Escola de Capoeira, Lebanon’ in October 2011. They have since played across the country at weddings and venues like DRM and Metro Theater performing lively shows full of energy and interactivity with audience members.
