Shaden Esperanza is a Lebanese actress and comedian. She began as the star of satirical Facebook videos, tackling social issues such as ‘how to be the perfect female’ and gaining hundreds of thousands of views across social media.

As well as starring in plays at Masrah el Madina and Gulbenkian, she also performed comedy at Music Hall for Generation L’Orient. And recently toured a sell-out solo show about Lebanese families, LGBTQ culture and being a woman.”
