Strategic Planning Workshop at LAU

The Lebanese American University is hosting a workshop on strategic planning in collaboration with the Lebanese Development Network.

This workshops helps organizations formulate a strategy on how to best achieve their goals and define an operational plan. It looks into the future and provides direction for the entire organization. It provides them with the ability to determine the process towards success they are looking for and aids them in their quests for excellence through a detailed plan of action and its related indicators.
