Symphony of Fools

During a meeting, six salesmen have to face the problem that they are not selling enough of their nodding dog toys. Stupid nodding is the only answer.

Volker Heymann was born in 1960. After studies in acting in New York and engagements at various German theaters he was rewarded the “Cabaret-Price Baden-Wuerttemberg (3rd place)”. In 2008 – 2009 he studied script-writing at Film Academy Hamburg-Berlin. Since then he writes comedies for stage and scripts. “Symphony of Fools” is his 1st short film.

This film has been selected because it was part of “Soirée Allemande – A Crush on German Short Films” at the 34th International Short Film Festival Clermont-Ferrand, France, on January 30, 2012.
