Tusk’s aim is to produce nutritious, organic breads with long sourdough fermentation methods using local flours as much as possible. The small cafe will also be a place to enjoy a simple, healthy breakfast or lunch with seasonal, local produce – salads, sandwiches, cakes and great coffee.
