Sergio and Odair Assad play a great duo, they are known worldwide and play with great artists such as YoYo Ma, Gidon Kremer, Dawn Upshaw, and Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.

They have moved audiences and inspired guitarists around the world for over thirty years with performances of Latin American music and European classics, original compositions, deep musicality, and almost telepathic guitar duo performances.

The record “YoYo Ma and friends: songs of joy and peace” won a Grammy 2010 award, best classical crossover.
