Based in Lebanon, Xango (pronounced Shangoh) is a band covering Afro-Brazilian music with a twist.

Xango consists of classical and jazz guitarist Adel Minkara, Naima Yazbek, a Brazilian/Lebanese singer and performer, bass player Elie Chemaly and Fouad Afra on drums.

The music ranges from smooth Bossa Nova to fast Samba and African rhythms.
