About B!BOX:<\/p>\n
Born April of 1978 in Beirut, Lebanon, B!BOX was raised with all the ups and downs of a city at war, at peace, at love and at hate. At 7 years old, he played his first instrument, a cut-out cardboard Keyboard. He eventually moved on to the real thing and also learned to play classical guitar. B!BOX was dazzled by the sounds of Spain, from the sultry vocals of flamenco artists to the violent rhythms of traditional spanish guitar music. The 80’s came along with a vengeance and so did B!BOX’s love for progressive rock and its synthy metallic beats. On the other hand, he loved the warmth of Blues and Jazz music, which had began to surface in Lebanon in small seedy bars and pubs.<\/p>\n
Club Culture arrived to the Middle East and he naturally took a liking to this new style of music. Dance music appealed to him since it was a recycling of all what he loved. Ethnic, Rock, Jazz, all done with a drum machine and a club full of party people. By now he felt the urge to produce his own music and started his journey along this path which led him to DJing.<\/p>\n
From Doha to Dubai to Beirut, Mixing and Remixing, B!BOX played at “Submarine” in Dubai, and as the resident DJ for Tag Events, spinning the only after hours party in Beirut city in clubs such as “Silicon”,”Milk”,\u201cWonderbar\u201d,”Nova” ,” The Basement Beirut” and currently at “Depot”. Add to this, a list of events and Beach parties in Beirut and neighboring countries like Syria and Jordan, alongside national and international Djs.<\/p>\n
