Conducted by Wissam Kotait, clinical psychologist and art therapist, the workshops are addressed to those who feel the desire, need, curiosity to tap into their abilities and seek a new experience of themselves. Exercises are designed to focus on self\u2010expression using tools and practices inspired by various forms of performing arts (improvisation, theatre of the oppressed, mask, body movement, storytelling), as well as writing and psychodrama. The group dynamic, playful in its approach, stimulates imagination and creativity. It fosters reconnection with one\u2019s emotions, revival of self\u2010esteem and rethinking our relationship to others with the same seriousness we had in our childhood games.<\/p>\n
