Turning a wish into reality empowers the child to combat the illness,  giving hope at times of great stress and hardship.The impact of the  wish on the physical and emotional state of the child can be significant. A wish granted brings a little sunshine into lives that have been dominated by pain. It provides an escape from a difficult reality, lifting the spirits of the child and his family.<br \/>  <br \/>  Any child between 3 and 18 years with a critical illness, living or being treated in Lebanon, is eligible  for a wish.Tamanna serves children without regard to nationality, religion, socio-economic, or cultural background. The question they ask the child is \u201cIf you could have one wish, what would it be?\u201d After the child paints a clear picture of his wish, the Tamanna team sets out to create a magical experience, making every effort to involve the child\u2019s family.<br \/>  <br \/>  Wishes vary from having a particular toy, to meeting a celebrity, travelling or becoming someone the child hopes to be as an adult.
