In addition the holiday festivities can be a very hectic, stressful time. <\/p>\n<p>  In this session, you will be guided through a gentle series of warming and grounding &#8220;asanas&#8221;, while enjoying the sweet scents of oils that also gently work to calm and center the mind and body.
