The European Film Festival 2013 continues with its initiative to encourage young talents. Just like in past years, the festival committee will organize a competition to choose the best Lebanese short movie. The festival will grant the winners the possibility to attend the European Festivals. Lebanese film critics and members of the cultural embassies will be among the jury. This initiative encourages young talents and at the same time invites the public to give more attention to the new generation of filmmakers. <\/p>\n
