Family yoga is a time to share, learn and explore while practicing yoga together. Yoga comes to life in this fun and creative workshop aimed to stimulate, relax, and connect. <\/p>\n

In this workshop you will focus on connecting with yourselves and with family members in body, mind, and spirit. <\/p>\n

These 60-minute workshops allow for strengthening bonds by way of partner yoga, creative movement, animated breathing, deep relaxation and much more. All the workshop is supported by live music with drum and sounds effects, to let the hearts open and vibrate!!! <\/p>\n

Cost<\/b>
$20 per couple, and $5 extra for each person.<\/p>\n
