Sun Salutations<\/b> The sun symbolizes spirituality and the movement of the sun, the process of awakening. Sun salutation or Surya Namaskar is an ancient and powerful practice to awaken our inner sun, inner light. During this workshop, you will be guided on how to practice the postures rhythmically; how you can apply the breath, chant mantras or focus on specific chakras related to each posture to benefit not only your physical level, but other aspects of your body as well bringing you in harmony with yourself and the universe.
About Sreekumar Paramattathil<\/b> Sreekumar Paramattathil is a certified Sivananda yoga teacher. He took his first Yoga Teacher training course in the beginning of 2006 in Neyyar Dam Ashram in India and continued his intensive learnings in Yoga ,pranic healing and reflexology for a whole 3 years up until 2009.
He began teaching since 2006 in different ashrams and yoga studios in India then travelled to Belarus in 2010 and has been teaching yoga there eversince; leading different workshops and yoga retreats there and in other countries too such as China,India and Lebanon.
Sreekumar believes strongly in the power of Yoga philosophy and exercise, he says that being a yoga teacher gave him the opportunity to walk the path he teaches, surrounding himself with what he loves and guiding others along the spiritual path.
